I'm always a fan of Panera but the service really varies depending on how busy they are and depending on who works there. I met up with some friends after class for lunch and this Panera is fantastic. Service is quick, environment is clean, and the food is tasty. Also the soup was really hot which is awesome because cold soup is a big turn off for me. I'll definitely come back here again, if you're feeling lunch go to this Panera.

LOVE this place! Such great food. I've never had anything that tasted bad here. It's quick and a lot healthier then going to a fast food joint. They even have a drive through! I always add avocado to anything I get. Get a "my panera" card and save up points for discounts and free goodies. Even get a free baked good on your birthday!! Must try this place!! Yummm!!

Always a pleasant staff, great food. Love the noodle bowls and orange scones. Great place to sit and relax...meet with people and enjoy a good beverage.

This Panera is the worst one I've been to. The morning crew never gets my order right in the drive thru...AND IT'S JUST A BAGEL. How you mess up a bagel order is just beyond me.

Went here today with my boyfriend for a little birthday lunch. All was fine until two teenage girls started throwing bread at us. after the second piece of bread was thrown i went to the manager and said it was ridiculous. He did absolutely nothing. i will never go here again. Unprofessional and completely inconsiderate. Can't believe what happened today.

The drive thru staff is always fun and peppy. They have recently gotten rid of a few favorite sandwiches, which is a corporate decision, but stinks! Coffee is always fresh and hot!

Four times - out of the four times I have been there - they have gotten my order wrong. Pathetic customer service.

Walked into the restaurant a little after six and we both ordered a bread bowl for dinner. Our bowls were cold, you can tell they were refrigerated. The cashier was very unfriendly and unprofessional. To add to it, not a single table in the entire restaurant is clean. There's crumbs on all of the tables and the floor is filthy, the only place that was clean was the conference room. I've been to this Panera Restaurant a couple times and wasn't pleased with my customer service. The manager needs to start being a manager and have his/her employees doing their jobs.

I am definitely a fan of Panera Bread. The only reason why they don't earn 5 stars is because a lot of workers there barely speak English. A bit hard to understand individuals speaking "Spanglish" and it'd be nice to see a more diverse environment. Other than that, it's great. Pricing isn't too bad, food is wonderful and the atmosphere is calming. Perfect for a nice lunch with the loved one or a business meeting with three of your co-workers. $15 for a lunch for two which isn't too bad and that includes a meal, chips and drink. Oh, and not to mention - they just added a drive-thru which is extremely convenient for those on-the-go! But beware, it takes a bit longer for them to get you your food in drive-thru as they are understaffed at some times during the day depending on the day of the week and the time of day. Be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes. Highly recommended, if you are in the area looking for a nice place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee or a hot/cold Panini, Panera Bread is your place to go. Quiet, excellent ambiance and there isn't really a bad thing about this restaurant.

Paneras don't differ much one from another, which is good for a chain. The reason for the 5 star is the customer service I received. I have been to different Panerad over 30 times in the past. Today, I actually noticed the outstanding and enthusiastic customer service I received from Tyler, that I bothered to look at his name tag. This says a lot about both Tyler and this Panera, which hired such an extraordinary young man. If all their employees are as welcoming and friendly as Tyler, you will never be disappointed if you visit this location.

It gets a little crowded during the hours you would expect it to. But the line moves fast. Late in the day they run out of some of the better treats.

I enjoy the panara near my work and when I was going to see a movie we stopped by this location. I was very disappointed. My sandwich had bareiy any meat on it and was cold. My friend ordered a tuna sandwich and the tuna was literally a ball of tuna between 2 slices of bread. Will not be stopping back.

I felt that the people that worked here truly cared about what I wanted, and being that I can't have gluten, I was amazed at what lengths the workers went to accommodate my gluten intolerance. Also it is a clean and upbeat store with a mixture of mellow and upbeat music playing in the background. ALSO, they make the BEST caramel cappuccino EVER!

I needed a place for a quick lunch date and Panera caught our eye. The place had a decent lunch line but it moved pretty quickly. The service was excellent and friendly and the only problem we had was a language barrier when the wrong order came over the counter. I had the Smokehouse Turkey with a tasty Sun-Dried Tomato mustard and it was decent. It sadly didn't blow me away... The lady had the Roasted Turkey Artichoke and unfortunately came to us as the Roasted Turkey Cranberry. It still looked pretty darn good and I would have eaten it but it was corrected promptly.

Everything seems bought, nothing is freshly made including the sad lunch meat Turkey sandwich and weak clam chowder. They don't even have crackers for the soup.

Wow, this was my first experance eating at a Panera Bread location. The service was great the girls behind the counter were very smilely and quick. I ordered a bowl of soup and half a sandwich. The soup I choose was a brocolie and cheader and for the sandwich I ordered a tuna fish sandwich and for a side I choose the apple. The soup was good better than you can get out of a can. the sandwich had nice peices of lettuce, tomato, spicy brown musterd, and the tuna blend. Now it normaly comes with onions to but I'm not fond of onions so I asked for them to be left off. The apple as a side was a nice change from french fries or potato chips. over all it was a pleasent experance and I would recomend anyone who has not been there to give them a try.
